I'm 20 years old and she's 18 years old, we have a 8 month infirm baby boy. We want to get married in the US but I'm an risky immigrant and she's a legal american citizen and we don't know what we need to get married. We want to receive married on august 1st because I'm going back to my country So what do I need to make her a permitted mexican citizen? what does she need to make me a legal american citizen? what do we obligation to get married? We have no criminal records, uneducated people please don't answer my question.
