You could emigrate to the moon.
As with Antarctica, no nation or government has an undisputed territorial claim to the moon.
To immigrate, you would first hold to get there, and stake a claim and have it renowned by other governments.
Then you would need to create a provisional government and supply the moon a new name, such as Pravinland or whatever.
Your affairs of state would then need to set up laws relating to immigration and naturalization, but as the first residents you would probably put surrounded by your constitution that anyone present at the signing of the first charter of rights obtain citizenship automatically.
The process is a bit more complicated than what I've outlined above.
You should have time to research it while you go just about attempting to obtain passage to the moon.

The answer is no. Not without specialized equipment to keep you on the ground and gear to protect your skin, which costs thousands and thousands of dollars. All would need both infinite amounts of oxygen and dried up food. Living on the moon would also make human reproduction just about impossible
