I think Canada should do what they find is best for the citizens. In the case of the United States, if you look at the Southwest of this country, you are looking at an area that has the potential to become the subsequent Sahara Desert... and very, very barren. OUR Immigration policy is based on the foolish impression that more people means economic prosperity. THAT foolishness is effortlessly examined in any of the over populated countries, and refuted. China is going very, particularly far to fix their problems and I wish them well.
