we are in the process of filing a k3 visa. but we found out i am pregant, can i still immigrate to US?
Answers:
Yes, of course. As long as you're competent to travel by plane, it poses no probem. However, if the baby was born back contained by your home country, you would need to register the birth of the child at the US embassy and get a US passport.
probably not - you need to do an x-ray for the medical for the immigration, and that will own to be delayed until after you give birth.
And then you need to make the addition of the baby to your application which also takes time to process.
as you would expect you can ...we american love baby especially the white one with blue eyes and blond hair eh...
The mexicans call them "anchor babies". Get within the country, have the baby, the baby is an american citizen, walla! your here to stay!
"Attorney Murthy : There are no immigration law restrictions for a being who is pregnant. However, there may be airline or health-related restrictions based on her health and other factor. I have heard that some airlines do not allow a person who is more than 7 months pregnant to fly, though I don't know details or if to be exact accurate. It would also be necessary to check with the doctor regarding vigour restrictions. If the child is born outside of the U.S. to an H-4 mother, he or she will need to enter the U.S. as an H-4. The child would be a U.S. citizen if born in the U.S." Source(s): http://www.murthy.com/chatlogs/chat0331_P.html
And have a baby in the US is not free medical wise ...
