Yes, they sure can. Many Cubans hold been sent back. The US and the government of Cuba own a diplomatic agreement that allows for the repatriation of Cuban criminals and undesirables. As long as Cuba is willing to take you, and so far they have kept their wind up of the agreement, that's where you'll go.
They cannot deport you to Cuba under any circumstance, due to US-Cuba agreement the US can only deport Cubans that didn't reach US territory yet, so you're safe. Still, get a citizenship as soon as you are allowed, law can change anytime. Is your probation done, maybe they are checking to see if you were allowed to travel outside of US beneath terms of probation, or they are checking if the probation is really over, if case the 5 years had basically passed and is still showing on the computer, in any case, call the department that held your GC and nickname immigration to find out if they are done with their investigation and how to get it back.
Yes, they can deport Permanent Resident out of US and they can revoke green card, especially if you have felony conviction.
It is US foreign policy that if a Cuban citizen steps foot on US soil, they are automatically given political asylum. They won't send you to Cuba because within is no formal diplomatic ties between the two countries.
They couldn't make Cuba help yourself to you.
Yes, they can deport you back to Cuba for felony offenses.
