What are the application forms for couples to immigrate to Canada?
My fiancé and I are planning to immigrate to Canada together.
He will apply through Skilled Worker application, and I will apply as his dependent since I have fewer points than he does. What are the application forms that we will need?
Also, both of us are originally from mainland China , and own been living in the United States for almost ten years for school and work. So the put somebody through the mill is: should we choose Simplified Skilled Worker application or Regular Skilled Worker application so that the application process will shorter.

to move to Canada as a spouse of a Skill worker you do not need to get married.
What you need to do is to prove that you lived together for 1 year together/
Bills, rent agreements,sports car insurance ,letter of friends, etc etc.
You have to ad your entitle to his application.
