Can you work contained by your 4 week buffer length up to that time anyone deported? And can you win pay for into the country?

A work college has been abusing the system within my opinion and had her work visa application rejected, she then appealed and it be rejected again. She now has 4 weeks to get out of the UK. Can she verbs to work in these 4 weeks? And can she reapply to come back to the country to work? Thanks in finance folks.

No tell her to **** off and goodbye.
No she isn't allowed to work while awaiting deportation. She can re-apply out of Country for a new work visa (which may very well be rejected). Easiest way to deal with any name-calling of the system - report then deport.
No she can't work and she can reapply after a certain period of time.
