Yes, as an American who immigrate to Canada i find the fact that the govt pushes immigrant of on to other immigrants org who get fed and adjectives funding to supposedly help immigrants learn give or take a few Canada. They are waste of time and money and resources. New immigrants would be best served via government employes but so tons there are rude to new immigrants and i own seen them tell of people who be new to Canada. I have never seen that surrounded by the US. I have seen both immigration systems and I understand why so abundant immigrants contine to risk life and limb to draw from into the US.

People applying for short-term work permits or residency should have to pass a rough and ready English or French exam before they can qualify and I am not saying that to be mean, it's better for their own sanctuary if they do since not speaking the language leaves them sitting ducks for unscrupulous landlords and employers as well as if something happen to them or somebody else and they need to call 911, it is better if they can speak to the operator.
