but some of my friends they are 15 and already have a credit card
do i need to be employed to be qualify to applying a credit card?

anything you sign as a minor is NOT considered a LEGAL contract.
I believe you should be at least 18 to apply and have a job.. and for your friends yes some bank allow parents to give extensions of their credit cards to their children, but the parent is the one responsible for paying the bills etc.
When you start college you could apply-some banks such as TD have seriously of programs for students!
