Getting undying citizenship surrounded by the US. back!?

My husband and I got married on May 2nd, 2008 (I'm a US citizen). He was on a visa waiver (He's a british citizen) then and we moved out (I went back to England with him) on June 9th, 2008. We gone before his visa waiver expired. I recently found out that he never had to confer on in the first place..
We came back over on September 2nd 2008 (I found out that I be pregnant, and I wasn't able to get medical assistance over there) and his visa waiver is expiring tomorrow! I've been trying to amount out what forms we've needed to fill out to do it ourselves (we can't afford a lawyer and I just get enough money saved up for all the fees on the forms). I read elsewhere on yahoo! answers that we'd lone need to fill out I-485, I-131 and I-765 with the USCIS. Is this true?
Is his visa waiver expiring tomorrow going to complicate our process even though we're married and expecting a child on demo 15th?
I appreciate any, and all help received. I just want to spawn sure things go right for us. It's stressful enough trying to prepare everything for our daughter on the way!

You need to riddle out I-130, G-325a, I-864 and he needs fill out G-325a, I-485, I-765, I-131. You mail them adjectives together.
He also needs to get I-693 from USCIS Civil Surgeon in your nouns. You can bring the Medical exam form and Vaccination form to the interview, if you don't get RFE.
His overstaying of VWP could complicate the approval of status, meaning getting green card. Technically he cannot adjust the status, since VWP has no status when he enter. However, sometimes USCIS may not make an issue, if the person files I-485 Adjustment of Status and get Receipt Notice beforehand his VWP. Once you get Receipt Notice, your status becomes pending AOS.
Having child does not hold any influence on the approval.
