How can beyond repair resident bring his fiance surrounded by USA properly?
If I am not mistaken the current immigration law in USA doesn't allow permanent resident to record and bring their fiance unless they are already married which still require waiting for years for immigrant VISA to become available. Is there any other way a permanent resident can bring their fiance in need breaking law? Please advise!

well no unless the legitimate resident becames a citizen of the usa, which is my best advise, i beleive is you go to www.ins.gov will tell you . if the permissible resident becames a citizen you can request to have your fiance to cme here and get marry here in usa
you can own your fiance get a b2 visa and come visit you. once she gets here, contact the emabassy and find her staus changed. then marry her.
