What's your current age and how long have you been out of the country?
Here's what immigration law say:
Through birth abroad to one United States citizen
For persons born on or after November 14, 1986, a person is a U.S. citizen if adjectives of the following are true:
One of the person's parents was a U.S. citizen when the person in press was born;
The citizen parent lived at least 5 years in the United States beforehand his or her child's birth; and
At least 2 of these 5 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.
Edit: Based on the information you provided, they are not American citizens according to immigration canon and will be subject to the same restrictions as any other immigrant meaning they'll need a visa.
Your English is undeniably better than my French, so there is no need to apologize.
if you are an american citizen then your children are too.
The birth of a child in a foreign country to U.S. citizen parent(s) should be reported as soon as possible to the nearest American consular office for the purpose of establishing an official record of the child's claim to U.S. citizenship at birth. The certified record is in the form of a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America. This document, referred to as the Consular Report of Birth or FS-240, is considered a basic United States citizenship document. An inventive FS-240 is furnished to the parent(s) at the time the registration is approved. Hmmm...that's a good question. Do you have dual citizenship? If so, consequently it should be easier for your children to become U.S. citizens. If not, then it may be a bit trickier. Children have to be born in the U.S. to be automatic citizens. I would recommend that you look up the U.S. immigration site

Most feasible.
