Here is a record of everything I want to rework surrounded by my body past Spring Break, please assistance me acomplish them!?
Ok first...I am NOT fat, i have little flab here and there
1. I want to lose some belly lubricant
2. I want my stomach to get tightened/look stronger
3. I want my thighs to get really strong/tightened
4. I want to tighten my chin/neck so its stronger..and doesnt look lose
5. Tighten my butt..and maybe lose rather off of it
Please help me and tell me what will sustain that. Thanks.

step two - delete this from the immigration part
SInce this is posted surrounded by immigration, I suppose you need to move to a country that has a greater average BMI than the USA.
According to Forbes, you should move to Nauru where you will look small compared to the natives.

yea i think you picked the wrong section to put your question but here go...
If you burn more calories a day than you consume then you will loose weight GUARANTEED. And afterwards you just have to exercise a bit so you can get definition. So if you enjoy no idea how many calories you should consume as opposed to how oodles you DO consume, then go to a calorie counter website online and track your meals. Then exercise regularly and you'll look awesome for spring break!
