Why do you expect aliens allow us to live the process we do?

Most all workers are Hispanics and we would not be able to live the way we do in a minute. Hispanics are construction workers they do most all the farming. Hispanics do all the dirty work because Americans dont want to do it. Indians do adjectives the gas station work. Most all the doctors are International and they learned more from their countries. Chineses come and they are really smart. I hope that helps.
That would depend greatly on which aliens you are referencing (illegal aliens or extraterrestrial aliens).
Illegal aliens let us live as we do because they can't do that much just about it, and appear to actually want to join in.
ETs may not even know we do live approaching this. This could range from any reason from they are not advanced enough to make us yet (either through communication or space travel) to they don't actually exist. They may simply be ignoring us, live and tolerate live as it were. They may be studying us, to see where we go near this as a species. They may be planning the utter destruction as we speak. Who really knows?
My money is on them not existing. The odds on life simply appearing a second time and the process of evolution initiation again are astronomically against it occurring. And if God is the one who created us, I'm thinking He probably wants to wait it out until He has fixed our situation earlier setting it up where another species might have to go through matching foolishness.
