I work at subway and have found that most populace who are at fast food are there because they didn't finish high university, and can't even keep a job for two weeks flipping burgers or making sandwiches. They would a bit let the government pay for them than work. I would to some extent be able to say that the illegals are stealing our jobs, but that newly isn't true. The fact is that the illegals take all the job because young Americans don't want them. I am not at all approving of the fact, I'm merely stating it.
By the way it is wrong to blame the Republican party for all of this, only just because our current President is Republican. We had this problem with Clinton too!
Illegal immigration is a VERY BAD thing. The point that bothers me about it is the fact that the border patrol gets charged beside murder if they shoot one of them, whats up with that!
These owners of these businesses are at fault. They should be fined heavily for hiring immigrants that do not enjoy legal residency. By paying low wages this attracts these people whose wages in their own countries are plentiful times lower. Also many illegals in the USA are here because this is the land of opportunity. The US administration should get off their butts and legalize those immigrant that can provide these businesses with the type of work force that they want. Many people work in the vegetable industry picking cotton for instance, are illegals. They are hired underneath extreme work conditions and given lower pay than the average American citizen is willing to work for. They are given a job that they entail because where they come from they have no opportunity! I dont mind immigrant workers as long as theyre legal and pay envelope taxes!
I live in Texas and I build houses for a living, but everywhere I go the work does not pay fundamental the amount that it should. I have had to work in Louisiana for more than a year presently; All because of these illegal immigrants that dont pay taxes. and theyre not merely robbing me, theyre robbing the economy!
You see, the reason they can do the work for so cheap is due to the fact that they dont recompense taxes, which drives wages down. So in effect, they have stolen my job because I cant do it anymore because it doesnt income enough.
the reason why people come to this country is because of money. if the US desires to decrease the number of immigrants then we should stop building barrier between for example mexico and the US and instead use that money to create jobs and invest in the economy and rearing system in South America. the European Union has 27 members and they catch along fine. why can't we do the same here? we have to get over our cultural differences and work together beside other countries to solve problems. be a part of the solution I think if all the illegals be kicked out of the country, there would be plenty of jobs for high academy kids. The illegals have taken all the fast food and lower paying job that were great for high school and babyish adults.
1Crossing the border in need documentation is a crime.
2Being in the US illegally is a crime.
3Submitting stolen or forged IDs (SS & DL) to work, is 2 more crimes.
4Driving to work (with a forged license), is then another
crime.
5Driving minus insurance is also a crime.
6Not paying taxes on the proceeds of working,
(& I do not believe the majority pay taxes) is another crime.
7Benefiting from criminal activity is also a crime.

That's where immigrant have to apply to get a green card, to come here legally. Take a spur-of-the-moment look at it. Mexicans can't apply for a green card. So the only way a mexican can live here legally is to bring back married to an american. It's pretty sad when a country is founded on the beliefs, all men are created equal and is the LAND OF FREEDOM, chooses (with bias) what nationality they want immigrant to be from. What's even sadder is that America took land from Mexico (basically all of south america from texas to california) and then tell them they can't live here. They are hard workers that come to America to send money to their families, who they can't be beside. And YES they do pay taxes!! If they get a check taxes are taken out of it. If they are paid change, most don't. However, how many American waitresses do you know that pay taxes on their tips? Or how many Americans do you know that bring back paid cash (while collecting unemployment or welfare or even purely a side job) claim that income on their taxes? If they want to work and live here then do it the right way and capture a greencard. Well you can actually file a report with INS more or less them hiring illegals but then Burger King is a pretty powerful corporation and INS won't dare touch them. I don't think they should but the gov don't care. If they needed to really find them they could especially when they file the income tax. Doesn't that tell you it's not as noteworthy as you believe?
.Go to the Homeland Security Website and report Burger King for violating federal immigration law. Citizens need to stand up to these employer or continue to see lost jobs and depressed wages
