It depends on Washington state law, and local ordinances in Blaine. I do not think the federal policy has specific laws relating to indecent exposure or anything like that contained by the border region, but they might, in which case you'd be responsible to that law as ably.

I believe the border fence is actually located 6 feet inside the USA. So, you'd want to squirt at least 6 feet and 1 inch to reach Canada. I'd love to study you try. I don't think there are many guys who could do it.
