If you are a citizen and she is married to you then she is not illegal anymore. Perhaps you should consult an imigration lawyer a short time ago to be sure everything is squared away. As she does not have valid SSN and you will not receive a check for her, it is as simple as that. if the children are legal US citizens and have a SSN later you will you get money for them
Why in the heck would you put yourself into a situation like this. You and your children enjoy got to be looking over your shoulder at all time with the prospect of your husband self deported at any time.
The fact that you will not be getting a stimulus check should be way low on your list of problems individual married to an ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADER.
If you are harboring a criminal surrounded by your house, you qualify for the charges the law allows. It is against the law! I don't believe so, but as for the check your wife does not count when calculating how much you get. Why do you hold a female avatar?
If you her mane is along with yours on your 2007 tax return (as dependent, married file jointly or separetely) then you won`t get your rebate. if you do not enjoy an SSN number then you are not eligible to receive the stimulus package
people who pay packet taxes are the only ones get the stimulus package
if you are married near children why doesn't she do the proper paperwork to become legal with you and the kids here she won't get kicked out.
I don't know for sure but I believe that since she is crooked then she doesn't qualify but you still do.
Its a pity, but it seems that you won't get it.
