Who is eligible to obtain Humanitarian visa from USA?
I'm trying to get my brother here to America. He is deaf, mute, have disabled legs and he is getting blind. I was wondering if I could bring him to U.S from Iran so he could first see his family circle and second seek treatment. All of my family lives here except him. Please if you know anybody way tolerate me know. By the way we tried to get him visa through his father after waiting 15 years in the waiting account they denied his visa because they stated that he would go to U.S and use disability. We as his family could support him enough financially along next to couple of his relatives that live here. But they did not accept it. So I'm seeking humanitarian visa for him.

Well you could try to apply for Humanitarian Parole, as there is no humanitarian visa as such. But, you'd have matching basic question to ask. How are you going to provide for prope medical care for your brother short relying on public funds? If you could have answered that question, he would already be here. But, it is something that perhaps you and your own flesh and blood can work on. If your brother was refused for these reasons, he be refused as a public charge. That's not necessarily a permanent denial. If you can find an answer and show your ability to give somebody a lift care of him, you could get the case reopened, possibly, depending on how long it's been since the interview. I see that you tried before, but it is legally possible at smallest. Check out uscis.gov for more information on Humanitarian Parole and how to apply. Good luck, as it won't be easy either.

A good lawyer will be able to relief you out, if you don't have money try a non profit organization that works with immigrant in your area.
