Gatwick Dublin Interlink immigration check?
Hi There,
I am an Indian national holding a post study visa and travelling from Gatwick UK Airport to India to attend my brother's wedding and upon return to Gatwick I would have to fly to Dublin on the same hours of daylight. Now my question is, would I have to go through the immigration at Gatwick airport or at Dublin airport? Kindly reply to me as soon as you can as this information would give support to me immensely in planning my travel to Dublin.

Gatwick airport because the Irish government have strict migrants law in fact if any airlines caught with unconstitutional migrants landing in Ireland the airlines will be fined EUR10.000. Your visa is for the UK only this includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It doesn't include the Republic of Ireland. Immigration Carriers' Liability Bill, 2006 which proposes fining airlines and ferry companies for carrying passenger without adequate immigration papers
dont know what ur doing in dublin but if its for pleasure enjoy a good time.
nice enough city and the weather does be generally clothed around this time of year. for example 14 degrees today which is decent. never come in summer tho, it can be depressing..hahahah
