What are the procedures to will U.S as an off the record immigrant?
They were asked to leave U. S for more than 3 years ago (not court order, it be a letter sent by the INS). Now they intend to leave the U.S. with expired Visas and passport. What are they going to own to do? Should they contact the INS and ask for something or they can simply just need to buy an air plan tickets and free to do so? Thank you particularly much!
PS: If they left U.S, will they enter the 10 years ban and what are some steps they should do in luggage they want to come back to the U.S? They are from China.

Why leave? here is not a court order so they can stay and they should stay, after all the hard work getting contained by why leaving?
i think they just walk off.. they were just asked to leave.. if there's no court establish they don't have to leave if they don't want to..
They don't need to do anything special, just book a flight and check out of. The US does not have departure controls, yet. Hand in the I-94 to the Gate Agent, seize on the plane and go home.
The reason they need to paw in the I-94 is so that ICE can correctly enter the date of departure.
I believe they should bring all pertinent material near them to the airport and then leave. They will not be held here.
