I requirement some immigration support please!?
OK here's the situation as it is...my twin brother got married to this girl from Brazil, who infact married him only for her citizenship here. After two months of being married to him, she divorced him and claimed he be abusive to her, making her able to get her citizenship surrounded by the united states. Right now my brother doesnt know what to do. The judge within his divorce trial didnt even want to hear about any of the illegal stuff she has done, such as purchasing her social indemnity card for six grand, and it goes on and on. So that didn't go contained by his favor since the judge didnt even want to hear about any of it. Please tell me how my brother can capture this evil broad deported. Or what he has to do to get justice for this using and abuse of my brothers heart please! This is mentally messing him up real bad so he needs to know what else he can do to acquire justice in this matter! Please support!

And I thought the law in UK were bad, over here she would probably be given the right to stay but no thing if the judge believed her or not the European courts would step in and stop her being deported perchance you should get a Private Detective to see if they can help. I hope you and your family govern to sort it out I would tell you what I would do but it would mean plenty of money knowing some really dodgy person and resourcefully if I tell you the rest my answer wont get shown.
There is one item he can do. He can get help from Jorge Rivera. He is one of the best lawyers contained by the United Sates of America. He will do the entire case and solve the problem for him. If you can't get Jorge Rivera, he should bring prove that the woman bought the social security and that it is against the decree. He has to hear whatever he has to utter and if he doesn't, you should go to the police and say that this woman has bought her social collateral for six grand.

did she ever file any police reports for abuse? She does not own 'citizenship' only a green card if they have only be married for two months , and with the backlog she probably doesnt even have that.
Did he ever file any immigration paperwork for her? If so, he will hold a case #, and can write to Uscis with her phony ss#, and any info he has in the order of the fraud. Does he have any proof that she used him?
