I am chinese and i want to buy a french national passport.?
I am a chinese student studying in a International school in hong kong. I speak french. I would resembling to know if i can obtain a french passport.

the fact that you speak French does not give any right to gain French citizenship.
it goes a bit further than this.but from your few words here? you do not qualify.
you cannot just get a french passport.
you call for to qualify for and apply for residency and actually LIVE in France (3 to 5 years) for a few years before you can apply for french citizenship. Once you acquire the french citizenship, THEN you can get the french passport.
Also you might consider Canada - they have a french speaking province as well. same rules apply - requirement qualifications and permanent residency, and LIVE in Canada first (3 years) since you can get canadian citizenship and passport.
I`d contact the French consulate in Hong Kong.
They will be able to inform you what you need for a French passport (meaning French citizenship)
