What will appear to my boyfriend?
I have been with my boyfriend for roughly speaking 4 years, and I never thought anything would ever break us apart, but I recently found out that he is an illegal Mexican Immigrant, and that he may be sent back to Mexico. Can they transport my boyfriend back to Mexico even though he has been within the United States for more than 5 years? Please help because he keeps telling me that everything is going to be okay, and that it wont surface, but what if someone finds out and contacts the police or something. I've been crying for days because I dont want to lose him, and I think someone has turned within him in. Please help. Is it true that they can make him make tracks the US permenately?
Answers:
Yes, he can be deported. As an illegal alien, he can not file for any officially recognized status while in the US. I would turn him in in a heartbeat. So would heaps other Americans. He doesn't belong here and he isn't wanted -- except maybe by you.
Seriously, honey, your story isn't new. Illegal aliens hitch themselves emotionally to allowed citzens for reason. You deserve better.
yes he can and will be deported and i hope he is if he's and illeagal. But if you dont want to lose him just have him apply for citizenship then he should be aloud to stay. If he doesnt even try to apply, though, consequently i hope he gets sent back and is killed over within Mexico!
SEK's tell me if you get that name and address ailing call immigration for ya!
Yes,he can be deported and rightfully so. You should break it off with him and find someone who care enough for you to not keep such secrets. You are beside a criminal,is that the sort of life you really want? Most likely he will be deported. It doesn't matter how long that a individual has been here, 5 years or 20, an illegal is still an banned.
I agree with Lori K...You deserve better.
You are aiding and abetting a criminal and could possibly go to reformatory. He is illegal!!! If caught, he will be deported for 10 years before he can even apply! I hope you open your eyes up to that time you make the mistake of your life! Report him and his family!! He should disappear IMMEDIATELY and apply through normal channels. If he is deported, he'll be excluded for years and years. Why don't you go to Mexico and live near him there?
If you love him this much, feel free to jump back to Mexico with him. What is his name and address again?
If you really love him (right) if you will allow him to totter all over you and use you then you should really look into the marriage thingy, afterwards see how long it takes for him to dump you.
1 Find gullible American woman
2 she has to be needy, desperatefor someone to love her or at tiniest act like it, something like that
3 Convince her you love her goodly ably
(this is easy considering point 2)
4 propose marriage so that you can stay with her
5 marry her
6 bide your time while you fulfill the minimum sentence
7 dump her sorry ***, you're an American citizen immediately
Good advice game over ROFLMAO
Sounds harsh and disgusting but have seen it happen numerous times. Have a nice daytime
I think I'll rob a bank and take adjectives the money. As long as I am doing it for a better life its okay, right?
DEPORTED! Bye bye. Another criminal off the streets.
See ya!
you must be pretty young to be so foolish. There is a reason for the term Illegal alien, he is here immorally. Not only can (and will) he be deported, he will be banned from entering the USA for ten years. No matter how long he have lived here, he is still illegal. If he has a criminal record, he will receive a lifetime veto. There is no legal way around this, Americans have no tolerance for illegals, especially since we payment billions for their health care and schooling. I think you call for to think about your own future, staying near this man will bring nothing but heartache. The fact that you have be with him for 4 years and he never told you the truth should be a big red flag. Take some time to think, you are being set up for a big letdown. Marry him- GET pregnant -- Then skulk a year and file- yu needproof that you have had a long relationship and so on! I have a husband of 12 years - he be told that his papers were done during a different tie and he needed to re file- He has been here 22 years! He is fine and awaiting citizenship!! DO as I read aloud - we have 4 kids and one on the way!! GOOD luck and let me know if you obligation anything! Tell the other assholes on here that there meals would not be cooked and floors not cleaned if there werenot any mexicans here!
I'm sorry to say, if he has be here illegally for 5 years, ESPECIALLY if he came illegally.. He will most absolutely, without a doubt, be deported if he gets caught. And unfortunately, yes, will never ever know how to come back to the United States again once he is deported.
You basically have two option for a normal life together.. Either you move to Mexico with him, or you procure married, file a petition for him, get a damn good immigration attorney, and hope for the best. If he come here legally, and he is merely a visa over-stayer with no criminal record, you shouldn't own any problems getting a waiver for his status.
However, if he came here illegally, and/or he has a criminal story, things will be A LOT harder, if not impossible.
I'm sorry, my best advise would be to invest in an immigration attorney and see what he say.
Best of luck!
as long as ur BF keeps himself out of troubles he should be ok , remember than he has been here already 4 years , so what some may cogitate should happen probably will not . however as the situation is today if ur BF did not came legally ( documented entry ) after there is not much u can do other than to make sure than ur vote for the right those , remember ur vote is ur voice . plus u should make a few calls to ur congressman just to produce sure they have clear than u think they should stand for a comprehensible immigration reform .
anyways if ur BF did in actual fact came in with documents which following expired then u have the possibility of helping him trough marriage if u really love him and u reflect on u are actually ready , just trade name sure to think about it pretty well and to grasp a good certified immigration lawyer . best of luck to u and i hope u find real security .
edit :
jhsm85 answer is a bit wrong he would be banned for life just if he was caught because of a crime , if u were married to him and he got caught i know u could in truth be able to help him out a bit , i know this because a lawyer who is my friend told me so . they would bequeath him a permission to stay if that was the case , would ask him to quit after several years and years later u would be able to petition him . not such thing as not permitted forever if he is only caught with the civil offense of being near out documents . yes i know it would be slow but not impossible .
Unfortunately, he can be sent rear legs no matter how long he has been here. But as long as he doesn't gain in trouble with the police for some other matter, he should be OK. The police do not shift looking for people to deport. Usually they arrest someone for a crime, or give them a traffic ticket, and then they find out the soul is illegal and deport them. So just make sure he drives the speed shorten at all times! And maybe, since you've been together 4 years, you should have an idea that about getting married. Assuming you are a citizen, that will help him get his documents contained by order. Good luck!
