I'm a tourist here within the US, i'll be going support to the Phils. this jan.16, when can i travel fund the US?
i'm asking if how many months should i wait before i can travel final to the US (i have a multiple entry tourist visa for 10 yrs.)

you can come back as early as after 3 months. but if you wanna be past the worst, 6 months after would be a good gap between visits if you have stayed for 6 months. good luck!
you can travel rear legs to the US anytime you want to al long as you have a ticket when you get back to the US to show the immigration officer you are returning support to your home country and you will have no problem.
I also experience the same thing within 2004 when i also took a trip to the philippines.
P.S make sure you give you I94 to the ticket counter agent when your leaving for the Philippines upon check contained by so they give it to Immigration, And when you return to the US you will get a new I94 card next to new expiration date.
