Can an unconstitutional immigrant attend public or private college?

The question has been plaguing me for so long.

Serious answers PLEASE!

I am an not permitted immigrant - the offspring of one; to be exact. I am not quite afraid of saying it anymore. I grain trapped in an uncertain world, with a guaranteed past, but an uncertain future. I've done some research right here oh YA!, and found that I would not be capable of receive financial aid, and in some cases, even be able to attend college. So my next put somebody through the mill is, what is the point of granting the 14th Amendment right of equal protection to all by allowing for children such as myself to attend school and then pulling that plus away and leaving us stuck in a predicament out of which we seem not sufficiently expert to escape? Will I have to grow up to babysit and house-clean just like my industrious mum? Mind you, it was not my decision to come to the U.S. I speak English perfectly okay, and value the system and quality of education mortal provided. I'd like to be a doctor in the future, but I don't even know if that's possible. I turn to the culture on YA! because I find it difficult to ask anyone this question. They'd probably look at me if I were speaking gibberish. Why does it seem that not a soul is quite addressing the issue? Why are we running away from the fact that nearby are over 12 million illegal immigrant scraping to get by here contained by the U.S.? Shouldn't everyone have the equal rights to the pursuit of happiness? I am quite feed up of having to live under the mental label of unconstitutional, as if I were a drug of some sort. I feel like working firm in school is probably just going to be a refuse of time in the future. But nonetheless, I continue to strive for excellence 'just within case'. What am I supposed to do with my A's, A-pluses, and my gold honor role status? It all mechanism nothing to me without that card that isn't even green.

It's very unwelcome that your parents did this to you. The 14th amendment applies to citizens, not illegals. You have to realize that Americans are sick and tired to death of seeing their hard-earned tax dollars spent on illegals. Our command is as much to blame, as they continue to allow illegals to live here, work here, get public assistance, free primary/HS education, and medical attention to detail (most illegals don't pay their medical bills when using an ER, so the rest of us are stuck with higher insurance costs and closed ERs). How would you perceive if you saw your taxes going to people who flaunted the law and just come over to live in your country, as if they had a right to do so over those who apply legally? The "instant citizen" admit to newborns is a crisis-- it probably draws more immigrants than even the jobs do. Until the U.S. change this archaic practice and cracks down on employers who hire illegals, the draw will always be there and nearby will be kids caught in the middle because of their parents' mistakes. Be glad you received a free primary/HS education and look into schooling in your country of birth.
will i guess i depend on where u live and if u have ur green card. but i be looking up colleges to attend and some have loans n other stuff for immigrants.so yea u should be able to dance to college and become a doctor just keep searching and u will find what ur looking for.
Dont be dismayed by people who consider they know all the answers. Or also think that they're education places them above you. Some populace have to much free time on their hands and have nil better to do than throw insults at the less fortunate people among us. Keep searching for your answer, query the internet . Dont blame your mom im sure she thought she was making the best decision at that point in time. Good luck to next to you education. Girl i am so proud of you for asking that quiz!! You truly want education no matter what!! I dont know what state you live in but profusely of people can get into college. And to the rest of you that say illegals tick of american tax payers. Let me remind you that illegal people that work income taxes and many illegal immigrants that bring back into college pay their whole tuition by working their butt and saving their money. Ok hindmost to you. I recommend to look up stuff like that in websites such as lulac. I have met citizens that are illegal and are already going for their master. So dont give up. Work hard and capture those good grades. If your determind you'll find a way. Personally im hoping that an immigration reform will crop up soon to help people like you arrive at their goals. No. Being illegally here, you are not permitted to attend college. IF by some reason you do get in, you would never be allowed to work and use any scope you might be able to attain.

You are an illegal alien. Plain and simple. You will be one until you make yourself legalized. When you reach 18 years old you need to move about back to your own country and apply to come back on a student visa. Since your parents did this to you, I am sure they will pay for this process.

At the age of 18 you are responsible for your own engagements. After that you can be deported at any time.

EDIT: Growing up, my family of five lived in a 1 Bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and shared bathroom. Born and raise here, but yes, I do know how it was. Many citizens have to do things to survive.

Why don`t you just apply for a student visa. Put your grades together and apply for a student visa. That is all it takes to attend college here. Try to stay surrounded by college as long as it takes and be the best doctor there could be and I can bet money on you- you will find a job that will give support to you get a permanent residency too once you graduate. You sound approaching a very intelligent girl, keep it this way. I realize some informal actually to be honest with you don`t deserve to be here, but this applies for some americans as well. I am chitchat about the obese, none working, popping kids and not knowing who the father is, waiting on welfare and child support people. You deserve bigger chance than them.

You made the decision to stay illegally and in a minute you have to pay the price. You had the choice to progress home anytime after you became self aware of your status and the illegality of it but you chose not to. So you have to pay for your engagements.

We are a country governed by laws and those laws are put contained by place for a reason. We can't break them just because we have some proof. What do you mean here was no way theres always a style. You could have applied to an immigrant visa. We have one of the highest rates of immigration contained by the world most of those people end up living in the US lastingly and most do it legally.

There are dozens if not hundreds of way to lawfully immigrate to the US. One of the more common ones is the US of the H1B visa thats where you come here work and your employer sponsors you and eventually you will get a green card. Making your a resident after you become a resident after 5 years you may apply for citizenship.

Since your 15 and want to progress to school I suggest the F1 visa this is a student visa.

If theres a legal way to do it next theres no reason for you to do it the illegal way. The United States of America have no obligation to your or anything else outside of its territories like any other command in the world we look out for our interests not yours. You have no right to say that we SHOULD relief you because we don't have to. We have been drastically lenient on the issue of illegal immigration, don't push us too far because if we push back it won't be pretty.

I've given you the resources and now you have to actually give somebody a lift some responsibility and do it. Fact is your doing something ILLEGAL now and if you are caught you will be deported and banned from ever entering the US again. So thats means any legitimate form of entering the US will no longer be available to you. You will literally have to be smuggled into the country if you ever want to comeback. as far as the US immigration providing FREE immigration? it is somewhat free, all you enjoy to is come here LEGALLY and pay fees, all countries make you remuneration FEES,it is normal.

yes you should be able to attend college . if you are still in High school , i will narrate you to keep going and make sure you get your illustrious school diploma . You can attend college but you have to pay out of state tuition and you wont know how to get financial aid either ...private school is so expensive so im thinking you should try a community college surrounded by you area ...Dont listen to people that tell you that you cant . While you are contained by the USA , there are several things that you can do to adjust your status u can apply for asylum or get married will be the best thing to do .It is a outstandingly difficult situation , some people will never understand ....hope that helps

i do not know if it is ok or not,or even what to do about it,and i do have a lawyer I would imagine it's a simple matter of informing whomever is working on your file of your new phone number.
