I live within the UK and my girlfriend lives within the US, please give a hand!?

Hi.

I am in a long distance relationship, I live in the UK and my girlfriend lives in the US. I want her to live over here near me. I understand that the only way we can live together is if we capture married.

I live with my parents at the moment and she lives with her parents.

Please can someone help clarify things for me! Is it simply a armour of:

- Marrying her
- Buying/Renting a property here in the UK
- Applying for a spouse visa

For the record we are both over 21 and we have congregate before.

Basically I would really appreciate some information, maybe some good links or guidance from someone who is in a similar position as I'm a bit confused.

The question you need to ask yourself and her is, how long own you guys been going out?
And are you guys ready to get married?
If yes she is predisposed to marry you, then go ahead. But if she is but doesn't want to move then that could motivation problem, don't get angery with her... listen to what she has to enunciate.

I believe that best way is to talk with her or your friends or parents.
Hey, its real sweet that you have been competent to have a long distance relashionship (:

On marrying her, im not to sure but i think you enjoy to prove that shes in the country for you and not drugs, work ect.

She would have to apply for a visa and depending on criminal records and such she could any be turned away or accepted into the country if she is turned away i think you should apply for a visa over there.

Hope this help, i know its vague

I'm unsure of the Kingdom's law but here in the States if a naturalized citizen marries a foreign national after the foreigner is extended citizenship aswell.
You need to show you can support her here in the UK. That ability you have to earn enough to buy or rent a place to live, pay the bills and not claim any welfare benefits.
You can marry her glibly in the USA without any special visa then apply to bring her home on a spousal visa. If you want to marry her contained by the Uk she will need a fiancee visa first. Once she has leave to remain she will know how to work and help with the bills.
Don't be limited to the Chicago consulate, you can apply to the consulate nearest her home contained by the US.
Why cant u go over there? we already get too many immagrants.
Hey!
This is EXACTLY how it happened for my husband and myself.
I am from USA, he's British. We wanted to marry and move to the UK.

She HAS to hold a Marital Visa first, before she comes there.
The British Counselit in Chicago Illinois is the place to start.
They are rapid and will assist in getting her visa.

The Visa will give you a deadline (you have to be married inwardly xxx amount of months, i believe it was 3 months)

Get in touch with them and procure all of the information.
The Marital Visa was a little pricey if i remember correctly.

ALSO, if she plans on living beside you and your parents, your family will have to write a letter supporting your conjugal and promising to help support her till she can legally work in the UK.

Good luck contained by your future.

Just remember, if she ever gets home sick, support her ok?
Be there for her no concern what.

If someone enjoy Telecom Technian profession on his iqama, can he eligible to catch nearest and dearest resident visa.?
What is an iqama ? A profession alone does not qualify you to have any kind of residency or visa. Other things matter, approaching job offer, family already reasonably settled in your country of migration.
