Hello!...My wife is from Romania she was coming here with work program visa....we get married previously her visa expire, now she don`t had visa anymore and we have to know if she is trial?....And what she can do stay legal?.......and one more things...her passport need to be renew soon...thank you.

If she is married to a US citizen or US green card holder, he is eligible to stay by applying from ICE. Her passport have to be renewed from the Romania consulate.
