Us citizen marry a uk citizen, how can i wallet for him to acquire green card?
we are planning to marry in texas once he comes to usa, would he be able to stay in the country once we marry. he is a uk citizen. he have a waiver visa. does he have to leave usa after marriage?

If he enters with intent to remain, it will be a fraudulent entry.
If he is able to entry by illegally claiming to be a visitor and you do marry, the needed primary forms to apply for
residence for him are I-130 and I-485. He can remain while they are processed but there is a liklihood of denial due to
the circumstances. It would more proper for you to file a
fiance petition for him. Upon approval he would later be able to apply for the proper visa. See form I-129F and
