I be born contained by the US but I don't hold a birth authorization.?
I'm trying to apply for my US passport, but I don 't have a birth certificate, I contacted vital accounts and found no record of me, they sent me a "letter of no record", the state department in it's website say I can apply for a US passport even if I don't have a birth certificate, Is there anybody who can share a similar experience?

There is record somewhere.
But you can obtain a passport without a birth ticket. There are substitutes. School records. baptismal records and such. In some cases "pocket clutter" can be helpful. A guard card, library card and such. You just have to show that you are indeed an American.
I myself lost all of my documents within a fire (as an adult) and was having issues renewing everything. Social security looked-for ID. DMV wanted this and that. There seemed to be no way out.
What I finally found out be that the State Department has a form. A parent or close relative can fill it out and certify that you are who you are.
Then you be not born here, unless you prove it.
Make sure you contacted the correct county when looking for your birth authorization. Find out where the hospital is located. That will tell you where to look.
You need to contact the hospital where on earth you were born... and find out where the record of your birth go. The County Recorder in that county should be the one that will have your birth certificate.
With current passport rules, I'd find out what you need to do to provide some form of proof of birth... Very strange that they don't have the birth certificate. Depending on how mature you are, there might be records at the hospital that could confirm the birth...
If not, I know my Dad had to hold a correction made to his birth certificate... his name was mistyped by the clerk... and he have to have 2 people who'd known him his unharmed life swear that they had always particular him by his real name... not the one on the birth certificate.

I am canadian citizen and working in U.S without having work certification. Now, if I return to Canada more than 6 months later, then try to re-enter U.S, do airport officers(or border control officers) know when and for how long I stayed in U.S? I do not want to travel rear legs and forth many times...
