Which country do you reflect on is better to immigrate to?Canada or Sweden?
Also if you'd like to include the reasons why I'd appreciate it.

It depends where you are migrating from and why. Why are you choosing between those two countries?
Canada! although I don't live in canada ..lol
Canada is more get underway to immigrant wanna-be.
Sweden tax is higher than Canada.
Bill M is right - why these 2 countries? There are differences, advantages, disadvantages in any country. Yes Sweden may enjoy higher taxes but they have better social support, child care, condition care. Canada has social medicine next to a 2 tier system for additional insurance. Medical care is often a linger in non-city areas.
What you need to look at is culture (demographics & how you fit in) what area and resources you're looking for. Closeness of own flesh and blood, etc. For ex. in Canada as an American I would do well in Ottawa or Calgary, but would be disadvantaged within Montreal which is 90%French. Don't trivialize being able to become part of the community where on earth you are moving to. It can be very isolating if you can't assimilate. Source(s): Experience in Canada, travel to Sweden.
