if a person is here illegal and gets married to a citizen and consequently the illegal person decide that they want to take off the citizens because they keep fighting about going away the country every time Could the person that is a citizen make sure the immoral person stay in the United state?

Hell, no! Report this person and deport him. He has no right to be in our Country regardless of self married to a citizen. If he wants to go then tolerate him go and good riddance! But make sure if he go that he leaves the U.S. for good.
