I am on a student dependant visa and my wife is student? I want to switch to tier 1 common? still get 1y moved out?
1 year left on our current visa. One solicitor said we can apply in UK itself as we are switching and not extending + we have more than 6 months vanished on our current visa? Is it possible? please help

Yes of course its possible, only that u must prove that ur income be within the range for past 12 months & that u hold 2800 quid (per person) saved in ur bank tale for last three months.
