Need immigration advice--Quebec to California?
I am looking for any help anyone can provide on visas, finding work that will sponsor, loop holes in the system, anything that will get this chick out here.

Believe me, don't surplus your time looking for loopholes. If you have a college degree your best bet is to look for work with a company feeling like to sponsor you for an H1B (skilled workers) visa. Other than that it's marriage to an American or a petition by a family member already living within the United States. I'm sorry this doesn't sound very positive.
There are some visas for workers under NAFTA but I hold no experience with them.
