F1 Visa terminated - How long I can stay surrounded by USA?
Hi Fred,
I am taking the liberty to write to you directly.
I am currently on F1 visa in USA and i have to stop midstream my studies due to come family issues in India.. Now my school have asked me to leave by 30th Jan, Is there a way i can stay for another 15 days(as its difficult to curl up things). Will that create any issues if i have to come back to US on H4 or other visa.. You guidance will be of great help...

the School is giving righteous advice, they know the lenght of time to your allowed after termination of your schooling to the time you need to leave.....
