My boyfriend be charged within Canada beside 1 simple assaults but he jump the bail because he go subsidise to USA?

I answered another cross-question of yours on the same subject but you didn't say that your boyfriend jumped bail contained by Canada. The Australian authorities will not allow him to come here under those circumstances and will almost certainly find out. If he manages to come to Oz minus immigration becoming aware of his having jumped bail and tries for medical registration here, he may be found out at that point and have his registration application refuse which I imagine would be a disaster.
He should go back to Canada and frontage the charges and pay whatever penalty applies. If he doesn't, the threat will hang up over him forever and will probably have very long reaching effects. As I said in my other answer, if he get any less than 12 months he'll be able to come to Oz for a new origination in a great country.
Canada is relatively crime free for a reason; the infamous "Mounties" have their reputation for individual extremely ruthless when it comes to enforcing Canada's strict crime laws. The smallest infractions, no matter how seemingly trivial, are regularly pursued as if ALL crime was akin to murder. ANY crime in Canada, no matter how tiny, is taken seriously.
If the Aussies don't find dirt on him, you can bet money that if the Mounties hold been keeping tabs on him, they'll make really sure to "squeal" on him. If its only a minor charge its best that he only go rear to face the music; the Mounties are the last people you want on your tail for the rest of your duration.
