i like to know which is the best to apply fiancee or spouse visa? how long does it takes to process and what is the requirements and things to do in applying that i can find it in short period of time..

if you are already married and you are the us citizen, than it would be spouse visa, and done through the embassy. if, then fiancee, and you have to get married withing 90 days from the entry. i guess fiancee is better since you find to be together while the residency is being processed, while you will have to wait longer for them to process it contained by embassy...
