if you want to work in usa, your employers have to achieve a h1 visa for you. B1/B2 visa is only for visits for a short period and you cannot work surrounded by usa ob b1.b2 visa.
B1 is business visa, in general one can stay upto 3 months.
L1 / H1 are for longer time. L1 (upto 2 yrs) and H1 for even longer period.
