NVC Affidavit of Support ?
Hello there,
My query is, my wife an US citizen has file an I 130 form and my case has been approved and passed on to NVC and they own asked her to pay $70 as the Affidavit of Support fees, Her uncle wants to sponsor me and she wants to know which form does her uncle have to fill and how much bank balance does he hold to show in his bank balance (he owns two houses surrounded by USA).

He would file the I-864 form as a "joint sponsor." Even if your wife has no income, she must also directory the I-864.
The required income depends on his household size and bank accounts are counted at a reduced rate. Check the links below for more info.
