Canadian Immigration for dependents best and hastily path?

I have quick question concerning Canadian immigration. What would be the best way to apply for Canadian Immigration for my monther and brother,As I don't think I have adequate support money to show for all 3 of us.
Lets say if I apply for them later after getting my Immigration how long does it usually whip for the whole process for them to get immigrated to Canada.

If you are applying for your immigration, you can not include your mother and brother in your directory anyway. If you wanted to file as a family, your mother would own to be the primary applicant and you and your brother would have to be under 22 or full time students since before age 22 and financially dependent on your mother.
After you acquire your immigration, you can file to sponsor your mother but it takes a long time, likely over 3 years. If your brother is lower than 22 or a full time student since before age 22 and single and financially dependent on your mother, you can apply for him too at the same time. If that is not the bag, your only option to sponsor your brother would be through provincial nominee program people stream and you would have to be living in AB, SK or MB. To sponsor your mother, you would own to show enough income in Canada to support the both of you so you could not start the sponsorship right away as you immigrate, you first need to hold a job and income. As for your brother, the rules of the adjectives nominee programs are not all the same, they require you to have be a PR for 1-2 years and have lived in that province for 1-2 years and have a correct amount of money in savings as well as your brother may necessitate to have certain education and nest egg of his own.

1 - Your brother must be under the age of 18, (or under 22 simply if he is still dependent on your mom and is still at school fulltime)
2 - if you dont have enough money (income) to support them, consequently you will NOT be allowed to sponsor them - until your income increaes.
