If you're being asked for money, you're in the wrong place. go to the certified US government website as noted above. many of the places that ask for money are scams and don't even bother to enter you. There's no passageway for you to know if they ever entered you or not, since losers are never notified. So, do it yourself, and do it for free. At least you'll know you have a chance to win.
