About J-1 visas and expressions concerning wedding ceremony visas (etc.)?
My fiance and I met over a year ago, while he was in the U.S.. He is Jordanian, and is currently in Jordan, because of his J-1 visa, that doesn't allow him to immigrate anywhere for two years..Does anyone know if this if I turn there, and we get married, which we plan to do (his visa will be about 1 year ripened then, with another year left), can we apply for a fiance or spouse visa, and get it through, or started??
Any give support to is appreciated!! ^_^

Your fiance could apply for a waiver of the residency requirement, through the Department of State, but considering how long it takes to simply process a petition these days, by the time it is approved and sent to Amman, he may not need it anymore. If you be in motion to Jordan, get married and live there for a year, you should be able to directory a petition directly in Amman. However, they're very busy and it can take comparatively a while to get an interview. They handle most of the Iraqi immigrant visas as well in our time.

I dual citizenship (in U.S.) unpatriotic ?
No, I think it's thoroughly patriotic. You are like an unofficial ambassador to your other country. I don't think so. If you're competent to fulfill your duties to both countries without any conflict, then there's no real mar done. Dual citizenship have nothing to do with patriotism. Patriotism Patriotism way loyalty...
