How can i seize Bulgarian citizenship or EU passport as an American?
My father is Bulgarian, owns property in Bulgaria, and is also a US citizen. I have a half sibling who is Bulgarian. I cant come across to find much info on the internet on the process since Bulgaria joined the EU. I do not want to give up my US citizenship which i was told a few years final that i would have to do, and I do not want to "live" for several years in Bulgaria, but i would like to find an EU passport so that I may stay and visit and/ or work in Bulgaria with my kinfolk without having to leave every 45 days. My father have also indicated that he would like to leave the property to me when he passes.
