Your bf could not hold a valid SSN if he is here illegally. He also cannot apply for a visa while he is in the US illegally. He is on probation for a criminal conviction. He is a probably a mandatory deportation and public house to re-entry. He must be sent back as soon as they catch up with him. Wherever he is from, his kids hold the right to citizenship in his country of citizenship, so he should get them passports for his own country so that he can take them beside him. Otherwise, he could lose his parental rights on the grounds of abandonment. The best thing for him to do is take his kids to his own country -- promptly! First of all you people are just idiots. Yes you can hold a Social Security number if you are illegal. Usually these are given to people when they origianlly come over to visit any on a passport or visa. However they are not allow to work with these numbers....right across the face of their card it says "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT" I know this because effect my ex is illegal and had one...He came when he be 10 with his mother( who came legally). If you are in the country wrong you can apply for papers...it is best to get a lawyer. If you are in the process of becoming officially recognized they cannot deport you...they will try but there is a form that you can file that will allow you to stay until you have an interview for legalization. This interview is held within their home country so they will have to go back temporally. However Alishia they problem next to your boyfriend is not that he is illegal it is that he is on probation....if you have a criminal record you will other be denied residencing in the US. For this reason if he applies he will be deported. ILLEGALS HAVE SOCIALS BECAUSE WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY CAME THEY WERE NOT ILLEGAL, THEY COME WITH PERMISSION ON VISAS AND PASSPORTS! After their passports or visas expire they stay in the country..hence becoming wrong. As i said you can apply for citizenship and remain in the country but you will need to return to your country of origin for you interview. However surrounded by this case there is a criminal record so his application will be denied and he will be deported. Alishia dance to ILW.COM.
Here's the deal these days...
If you are surrounded by the US illegally for 3 years, you will be deported and banned for 1 year. Illegal for 5 years, you will be deported and banned for 3 years, not permitted for 7 years you will be deported and banned FOR LIFE. INS does NOT care if a illegal immigrant have american children- I promise, they will tell him to take them with him if he have custody.
There is no way your BF has never applied for a visa yet have a SS#, not even one not for employment purposes. He must have had a visa already that expired. They do NOT give you a SS# (even for not employing) freshly because you travelled to the US with your passport. If he has a real SS# he have already had a visa and it has expired. You need to find out how long ago it expired and see afterwards how long he has been here illegally.
Yes. Your boyfriend can be deported at any time, whether he 12 years belatedly filed for a visa or not.

Just a little aside to you. I imagine your "boyfriend" is lying to you. It's impossible to apply for a US visa while illegally residing in the US. If he truly HAD applied for a visa, he would be in his own country awaiting the results of his application. The US does not adopt visa applications from illegal residents.
Depends, did he steal the SSN? If he did, hell yes. I hope he does to, if he's illegal. Idc if he does have anchor babies. He still did something illegally. But if he is decriminalized, then no they can't. if he is there why is he applying for a visa?you do that OUTSIDE of the country you want to go to that requires a visa!more potential they will now find out he is there without the visa once he applies...and deport him.your ask makes no sense!please re explain!
He cannot have a SS# if he is illegal. MAYBE a duty idenification #...
And YES - he can certainly be sent back if he applies for a visa. If he has a social protection number he couldn't be an illegal alien...Unless it's a false or stolen one which makes him guilty of fraud....yeah...They can deport him..

Resolved Questions:
Is this how illegals are bringing up their children to live contained by our country?
Now they are training them young on how to use drugs etc... Is this what the youth of illegals is going to be donating to this country? Do you believe the kids of illegals will be growing up to commit the crimes their parents are doing? Do you believe they...
