What do I want to submit to adjust status?
I have an approved I-130 Immigration Petition, I am in the US on a B2 visa and would like to adjust my status to beyond repair immigrant. Can anyone tell me exactly what I have to submit along with the I-485 (Application to register fixed residence)? I had thought just the I-765 (permission to work application) but I'm not sure if there's anything other forms I should be submitting at the same time.

If you own a visa number IMMEDIATELY available you can submit I-485, I-131 and I-765 to the USCIS. The cost to file is $1,010.
An approved I-130 does NOT mean that a visa number is immediately available. There's a big difference and up to that time you spend the $1,010 you should make sure your date is current.
