Are U.S. Immigration law unwarranted to immigrant coming from third world countries?
Answers:
WHAT DO YOU MEAN? more details please!
The Visa process today is too long and costly for many, and there's also a certain amount of Visas the U.S. can give in per year.
Sorry people, but I have to agree with Queen Maria's press of third world people having a hard time coming to America legitimately.
True as it can be, someone may be capable of doing a hard labor job such as contained by the construction but what in attainable about are the requirements given by the U.S. Immigration.
Unlike if you are a Canadian or Japanese as an example, it's much easier to come to America because of the treaty these countries have near the United States.
Probably because third world countries have lax policies, corrupt governments, and spawn terrorists and crime. Unfair? No. Just necessary. America have the right to protect itself.
Is it easy to immigrate to any developed country?
From some of the cursory research I have done on other developed countries immigration law it seems it is easier to immigrate to the U.S.
I certainly see plenty of immigrants from Ethiopia, Somalia, and other African countries. Also Cambodia, Vietnam and Latin American countries. And a few guys from Romania....On a each day basis.
The only ones I have beef near are the illegals with the "in your face" attitude.
Mexico has tougher immigration law than the U.S.
The immigration process here is the same for everyone. There is no discrimination against 3rd world citizens. Source(s): I'm an immigrant
The idea of immigration is to raise your country. If you let in a bunch of uneducated, low skilled workers your country is going to deteriorate into a third world country too.
It probably is but the Government would cover it up.
No one has an automatic right to enter another country, just skulk your time and if your qualifications equal or better the current laid down level
you may get surrounded by, especially if you carry out a job that there is a emergency for.
I am sure they are treated in the same way as any other potential immigrant.
However, as masses people from the third world are more likely to be less skilled and smaller number educated, it makes sense not to grant them entry. My personal vision is that there are enough unemployed available to do the work short importing more.
As stated, immigration is meant to be for the benefit of the host nation, not to it's detriment.
Sorry if that seems biting, but sentiment should never take precedence over logic when it comes to doing what is best for ones country.
absolutley not.... like others said they are immigrating her ejust resembling everyone els eand need to go through the same procedures..... basically becuase they are from poverty does not mean they get special treatment
no they are not
Those from First World countries are not trying to enter any country illegally. Maria, are you from a third world country?
NO.
You have to obey the law of the territory. But why do this when you have the coyote. Pay them instead right
How so? They have to shift through the same process as everyone else... and if they are refugees more often than not they are granted access easier and faster than someone to be precise not a refugee.
Everybody has a opinion, and I give attention to in some ways they are and in some they are not!
Well why on floor would we want more immigrants from 3rd world countries? Where is the benefit to us Americans and our country if we make it easier for these folks to come here? Do you want people from the slums moving within next to you ?
In what ways? Please be more specific.
yes especially in regards to countries like mexico. we merely let in...what is it 2500 or 25000...i dont remeber...but its beside the point. per country for visas per year, and since there is this humongous pay for log and high demand for entry from these countries it takes years and years to enter legitimately if you are a 3rd world low skilled worker. and those people we let in officially aren't dirt poor, living in shacks...they are the educated upper class of their countries, with the proper newspaper work. therefore all the illegal immigration from mexico...and if it be any other 3rd world country next door, we'd be complaining about them too. but who else is our next door neighbor? canada...and whats their laying-off rate? 6.4%. now lets consider Mexico's 52% of their population is considered as "underemployed" which means they craft less than 2 dollars a day... so, here's the reasoning
lets see am i going to keep on another 2 years to get a interview and hope i find some work in this 3rd world country, and watch my family connections and children starve to death, with no shoes and ragged clothing, or am i going to cross this imagined line where companies are beckoning me to work, where on earth money and stability is certain, despite the fact that it is sub-par to american societal standards...
im sure u would make indistinguishable choice.
i wish people would stop gettin so angry at the illegal immigrant, and be cracked at the people who are truely responsible, the govenrment and their broken, uninforced and possibly uninforcible laws, and reluctance to logically and ethically slove the problem.
