I-130/G-325a Question around Residency, Tourist Visas and Proof of Marriage.?

My wife (girlfriend at the time) entered the United States on a Tourist Visa, and on a whim we decided it be time to finally get married--we had been traveling between Germany and the United States for almost 2 years. Staying as long as visas would allow, later moving to the other country.

After we were married, I added her to all the bills to our apartment, and she "lived" here for a few months--until eventually returning to Germany.
Now I'm beginning the paperwork to grasp her CR-1 and I'm not sure if any of it is actually considered "residency".

My question is, Since all our living together be technically done on tourist visas, does any of it count while filling out question 21 on the I-130,

"If filling for your husband/wife, dispense address at which you last lived together."

Did we live together? or do I put "none"?
I will be submitting Joint Bank account info and Bills in both our name that have this apartments address on them, does that matter if she was technically not "living" here?

And on G-325a, Where is asks,
"Applicants residence closing 5 years"
Do we not list the various times we "lived" together in Germany and the United States, because we be technically tourists?

Thank you very much for all your help,

Ray

Question 21 is: "If file for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together." What's the definition of "living together"? Does it depend upon visa status, or does it depend upon sharing the same residence regardless of immigration status?

If you fall short to reveal that you shared the same dwelling, you invite an accusation of fraud or false and misleading statements in an application for an immigration benefit.

Does the I-130 or the G-235a use the argot, "Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first. But don't list any addresses when you be technically a tourist'?

The definition of "residence" is: the act or fact of dwelling in a place for some time b: the conduct yourself or fact of living or regularly staying at or in some place for the discharge of a duty or the enjoyment of a benefit
