I signed for a official document when i be 7 years aged is it unsanctioned?
O.k when i was seven years old my mom filed for me and her for allowed residence.My mom and i had an interview on the same date the only entry that with different officer.When they call or name my mom go her way they told her that i needed to go with them my mom have her interview and they gave her the green card. While i was alone with the officer and they told me that they be going to deny my case i did not understand i was individual seven. Well my mom went inside the room and they told her that they needed more evidence so that right know they were going to deny me. My mom never did anything until know that i'm 27 years old i be trying to search for my case so today i got a Package from immigration next to all my Information from 1988 and i saw the denial form. The officer made me signed under penalty that i make out that document and i sign i could barely know how to right my name right and the date. And next to it there's the officer Signature beside the same date and my mom never sign because she was not there so do u reflect on its legal.

I don't know about that, but it sounds fairly fishy to me, I would def. have an ascribed immigration lawyer took a look at that ASAP!

no it is not legal..you cannot be held liable for a document you signed previously you were of age.

Absolutely not legal. You can not enter into a contract with a minor. A minor must be represented by their parent, guardian, or authorized agent. Who, surrounded by their right mind, would ask a seven year old for their signature on a legal document. Has a seven year old even have time to develop their signature. This is just ridiculous. Whatever you signed has no bearing contained by a court of law because you were a minor when you signed it.
