Why does immigration obligation to be legalized?
Why can't aliens just come live in America when they want to?

Health reasons
Some kids do not receive the proper immunizations. like small pox
Alot of diseases surrounded by the US are non-existent due to immunization's
Some countries never immunized their people
Criminal reasons; we enjoy our own criminals. we do not need crooks from different places
Citizens from other countries own limitations that tell the world they believe in the rule of law. That specific point determines criminal background that make you ineligible.
People of other countries need to show moral turpitude. Child molestors need not apply.
If you want to blow up one, or adjectives of those things that make the United States work, we don't need you and revolutionary dolts abound out there.
On, and on. Millions upon millions want to come to this country and almost other for a better life. Fine.. but we cannot take them all. We put exclusions on them spawn the potential for their seamless acceptance into our society much higher.
Above all other things however; the inhabitants of the United States do not want everyone to come and live here. We want a planned and organized society that benefits the many, and we have it. Too many immigrant harms that process.
because not everyone has biddable intentions (it'd be much easier to spy) also, many people could bring over disease if they are not in check.
because that would destroy the economy...and no more job....
