Illegal immigration won't really matter to the average American until their jobs are given over to illegals (and not just low wage job, either). Until then Americans will continue to be more concerned about who's successful American Idol, NASCAR, or some sporting event (football, basketball, etc.). The American people are becoming united on this subject, that's why the illegals are playing the race card as it's the with the sole purpose thing they can think of to use for their defense of their criminal activity!

Just because we can hold differing opinions, we do. We will never get 'everyone' on like peas in a pod page. I don't know about the reasons you gave, preserve American values & culture, those aren't exactly my reason,
I just want people to respect and obey the canon in order to get here. I want those who follow the canon and wait their turn to get first chance at adjectives the US offers. The US works because we obey our laws and expect others to do one and the same. In order to just get here as an private immagrant, there are so many laws broken and after to stay here, more laws are ignored. The US will not remain a place of growth and security if this trend continues. What if everyone freshly obeyed the laws that suited them?
Example: I pay my income taxes and report to the truth on the forms; many Actors do not, and will argue they disagree with the law, so they don't discharge. HuH?

Mainly everyone needs to write to our Congressman because that's where it will start. The city I live in is starting to fine apartment manager if they rent to illegals and that is great but we need even more. do we stop this crisis? Well, just rob the benefits away. If we

illegals get college education...bear them back to Mexico if they
can't get citizenship (it's not like it's unyielding in the first
