Answers:
someone from another country who enters the United States criminally, without proper paperwork, without going through the proper channels and getting the proper documentation.
Illegal aliens, also known as undocumented aliens or undocumented immigrants, are citizens of other countries that enter the United States illegally (without inspection and without a visa or waiver) or they entered officially on a visa or waiver but they did not leave the United States when the visa or waiver expired.

There are only certain category of people allowed to be in the United States legally. Some category have conditions on them. They include:

US citizens
lawful permanent residents (green card)
other visa category (student, tourist, employment, etc.)
border crossing card holders
waiver holders (Visa Waiver Program)
parolees

The last one is not parolee as in criminals out on parole. It refers to a program where the Immigration official grant someone permission to come into the US without have a visa.

A visa is what allows a person to enter the United States if they are not a US citizen. They are regulated by the US State Department and Dept. of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Service.

A lawful permanent resident is the upmost level of immigrant next to a US citizen. They have nearly adjectives rights and privileges that a citizen has with the exception of voting and some residency requirements in directive ot keep their status.

All of the above and this: we created laws that allowed population to come here as we wanted them to come. Bad people decidedly don't want to come here as we asked them to come, but we insist, of course. YOU don't know it, but in that are a whole lot of people alive on the Mexican Border because those laws be in place and DID stop the bad guys.
Illegal aliens are people from different countries that come to the United States, near no papers, and live here. People that can be illegal aliens are like Mexicans, Russians, Cubans, etc.., They have tricky ways of staying here contained by the U.S. One way is they ask for a visitors pass to America, they stay surrounded by the U.S., and then they marry an American to become legal.
Life forms not from planet Earth and that have come here without authorization

Examples: ET, Superman ( although he sneaked under pretenses of human being adopted )
illegals who cross borders and have no respect for the tenet, thinks the world owes them something, looking for a free ride, complains when told they are not welcome, too lazy to punch-up for their home countries and want to live off American taxpayers. that should almost cover it all.
criminals
An prohibited alien a foreigner who has entered or resides in a country unlawfully or lacking the country's authorization.
Aliens that are illegals
Uninvited foreigners who intentionally sneak into another country. At that point, pitchforks and torches are within order!
People who enter a country illegally....or who enter legally but overstay their visa, and hence become illegal once they are already here.

Making them CRIMINALS.
AKA border jumpers... They are the locust of this century.
Illegal aliens are individuals who enter a country without a legal permission. Most countries have immigration laws in which they allow individuals to enter after they are examined by an immigration official. If you enter a country without inspection or by using false documents you have committed a crime and as a consequence you entered illegally.
They are people that come into this country illegally.
People who are in the country in need proper documentation.
Undocumented people that are within a country.
People who enter a country without wanting to be a part if it, even so expect all the benefits.
